Growing up among the beautiful rolling hills of Northern Scotland, I found plenty of inspiration for stories. I remember writing my first story when I was nine or ten, just a short story but it was a full, completed piece that I forced my family to read: Sorry!
Even then—so many years ago—my stories existed in imaginary worlds, or in powerful beings that crept into ours. Whether reading or writing came first, I’m not sure, but both have been a huge part of my life since I can remember. My dream is that the stories I create can be a source of entertainment, comfort or belonging to others like me.
